Pilates is a gentle full body workout that promotes mobility, mindfulness and body awareness. It strengthens and lengthens the major muscles. It can improve flexibility, balance, posture and coordination whilst being gentle on your joints.

What to expect in class
A relaxed, friendly and fun teaching style where clients clearn about their body. I enjoy taking the time to explain the movements to my clients with cues and modifications to ensure they’re getting the most out of each posture.
